TRAVEL ESSENTIALS

Confession: during the holidays I have a slight obsession with other people’s way of managing to pack their suitcases. Like almost every other woman out there, I always tend to pack wayyy too much, which leads to last minute dropping some of my beloved pieces (do I really need 6 pairs of shorts for a one-week-trip? Do I really need to bring those heels, while we’re going to be camping in the woods somewhere?). Hardest part (well, at least for me): what shoes and bags do I bring? I selected some shoes and bags that, -again, for me – are essentials when it comes to travelling and included some outfits I’d love to wear when going on a trip. What do you think?
PS: I’m sorry for the lack of outfits. Because of my torn ankle I haven’t been able to stand or walk for the past one and a half week, so I think you’ll understand: that made it very hard to shoot proper outfitpics. Hope they’ll be back soon!

Ik vind het ook altijd erg lastig om in te pakken. Ik denk dat je hier een goede basis laat zien. Ik neem altijd 4 paar schoenen mee. Havaians, sandaaltjes, All Stars en mn meest basic hakken. En 3 tassen; strandtas, shopper en handtasje.

Heel veel beterschap met je enkel! Leuk dat je ondanks het gebrek aan outfits toch nog leuke posts online kan zetten!
Inderdaad altijd leuk om te zien wat anderen meenemen als essentials op een reisje. Beterschap nog!
God packing is ALWAYS a nightmare. I think only those that dress really simple are able to do it well but I think if you don’t dress like that and don’t have such a refined taste it’s almost impossible! Hehe those scenarios you listed I have as well, made me laugh. I really hope you feel better soon :(. <3
