Those who have a very meticulous eye and are following me on Instagram, might have noticed I’ve been working on a cool project in The Hague instead of my hometown Amsterdam for the last few weeks. Part of this awesome project evolves around one of the things I love to do most, but can’t find the time for: shopping. Shopping in De Passage in The Hague that is, because I got the chance to explore Holland’s oldest shoppingmall – which is a UNESCO monument as well, but will be opening huge new retailers soon – so cool! Don’t you just love the wonderful neo-renaissance buildingstyle? So classy.. I felt like shopping in Paris! It defenitely is a cool thing to go ‘offline shopping’ by the way, since a lot of my shopping happens to be online, I truly like the idea of exploring cute little stores, have a coffee (or two..) in between and the best part: being able to use the items you bought right away, instead of waiting for them to arrive (or worse: waiting for them to pass customs, aaargh!). Oh well, enthusiastic yet? Ofcourse there’s going to be something totally awesome in it for one of my loyal readers as well.. I’m not going to reveal too much just yet, but I can tell you this is going to be too cool for school! Stay tuned!
About the outfit: I always wear comfy clothes when shopping, so this time I opted for my new favourite pair of baggy jeans, my new sneakers (nothing beats a pair of fresh new kicks, especially when they’re ocean-printed!), and stole my boyfriends’ shirt. I topped things off with that awesome leather ‘My Paper Bag’ that has been on my wishlist for years. All blue (and a hint of grey), so much for monochrome looks.
