We can’t deny it any longer: fall has begun and it’s in full swing. Love being able to crawl up in the largest knits I have with a blanket and cup of hot choco, but can’t stand the rain and wind when I have to get outside. Talking about going outside: yesterday I had my weekly running training (incl my new and totally awesome reflective running tights, go get them here) and after a few kilometers it started raining, hailstones followed (I kid you not: hailstones as large as sugar cubes on your head aren’t the best feeling in the world) and heavy thunder stormes forced us to end our training. A pity, but at least we logged another 5k in these miserable circumstances.
About the rest of my week: I went to the hairdresser’s, attended the coolest brand launch in ages (on the 18th floor, well done, every.day.counts!), rocked my pretty new Hope boots, rekindled my love for gardening with this Nike Air Max 1 tree at work (kidding, no green fingers here) and wore this denim jacket while I still could.

My week in instagram pics. I’ve been working a lot, but besides that, I cleaned out my closet (hope to find some time to put a lot of the things I want to get rid off on my Tictail soon, stay tuned), did a lot of online windowshopping (as in: ended up buying absolutely nothing) and wore my new ripped jeans 3 days in a row. That’s how bad ass I am.
Enjoy your Sundays, lovelies!
This week has been such a busy one, I didn’t even take that many pictures with my phone (while I usually take pics of literally everyhting..). This week’s instadiary consists highlights my current mood in such a good way: I’m so happy I found a certain path in life (sounds more pensive than it actually is) by taking the right step. Or better: that someone helped me taking that step. Talking about my job in here. Combining both blogging and working in an office for 40 hours doesn’t even bother me since I love doing both so much. True bliss, I might say.
On another note: don’t you just love my pearly, shiny new kicks? Yup. Me too. Cheers to the weekend, enjoy your Sundays and don’t forget to follow me on Instagram (@sffte) for more of my personal snapshots (like shoes. And more shoes).
Sweden. A country in some odd way I always felt connected to, but somehow I never visited it. Even though Stockholm is high up my bucketlist, we ended up exploring the countryside of this beautiful country and explored what the Swedes have to offer besides their amazing sense of style. Au contraire, we spend a few days in which we couldn’t care less about our looks, the latest updates and other superficial matters – they somehow turned out to be less important. We stepped back from all of it for once and I have to admit it felt so nice. We relaxed, hiked, plucked berries and most of all: got overwhelmed by the captivating beauty of everything that the Swedish nature had to offer. I can truly say that stepping back in this case became a move forward.
