Waking up in Copenhagen. I could get used to that. I don’t mind the cold. I don’t mind the shorter days (it does get dark a bit earlier than in my hometown ;)). I even don’t mind the wind (and if you know me, you […]
There’s something magical about the woods. Especially when you feel like you’re the only one in there. When you don’t see other people, don’t hear cars hissing by and don’t even have perception on your phone. Okay I have to admit that last one freaks me out sometimes, but at the same time it brings a feeling of total relaxation. Love it. I practically grew up in and around the forests and really enjoy having a long walk in the them when I get the chance. Which I never get in Amsterdam.
I realise I – unintentionally – slightly blend in wearing this coat in the woods. To be honest I didn’t really think this outfit through – I even have to admit I hardly ever think my outfits through too much – and I like how wearing some faves all thrown in the mix almost always results in an outfit I feel totally comfortable in: my favourite knit, favourite black trousers, comfy flat boots, an oversized coat, my favourite bag and a beanie. That’s it. Enjoy your weekends!
Yesterday’s outfit consisted out of lots of black oversizedness and that kicks that are on heavy rotation. Spent my weekend doing absolutely nothing on Saturday with as a result: I had to hurry and run around the city to get everything done on Sunday. In the rain, that is. And as much as I love my city, I don’t like the rainy version of it.
On another note: new week, new opportunities! This week – again – is going to be crazy busy: work, blog/work, fashionweek preparations, workouts.. can’t say I dislike weeks like these. On the contrary: I’m pretty thankful I get to do all these things that make me happy :)
Have a nice week, lovelies. Make it a good one.
